Update to Building Code Compliance Section:
Attention Citizens, Builders and Contractors: Effective today, all Building Code Compliance complaints that our office receives will now be forwarded to dedicated staff within our Building Code Compliance Section. Due to the increase in number of complaints and an update to procedural changes within our Building Code Compliance section, our staff will now have an email address and phone number that the citizens and contractors of the City of Palm Bay can call to be able to conduct business. This will ensure that we continue to provide professional and timely resolution to all building issues or complaints received by the Building Department.
Moving forward please direct all Building Code Compliance concerns to email bcc@palmbayflorida.org or via phone at 321-726-2705.
