To streamline our work order process and efficiently serve our customers, effective February 1st, 2023, Palm Bay Utilities Department will no longer offer same-day reconnections for payments made after 3:00 pm for disconnection due to non-payment. Payments can be made 24/7 at www.pbud.org or over the phone at 321-733-3069 with a check or debit/credit card at no additional cost. Palm Bay Utilities has also partnered with InvoiceCloud to offer multiple payment options including autopay, scheduled pay, pay-by-text, and payment reminders. Please register for InvoiceCloud at www.pbud.org to take advantage of these options.
