Advises and assist the City Council, City Manager and City Staff in matters relating to construction, reconstruction and maintenance of City roads, sidewalks and stormwater infrastructure. Will develop a multi-year planning strategies for infrastructure maintenance, construction, and reconstruction.

Maximum Number of Members:
Consist of seven (7) members appointed by Council; each Council seat shall appoint one (1) member. The remaining two (2) members' positions shall be considered at-large.
