Conducts hearings to decide cases in which violations are alleged of any provisions of any chapter of the Code of Ordinances of the City.

Special Magistrate for Code Enforcement

In accordance with Florida Statutes Chapter 162, enforcement cases in the City of Palm Bay are heard before a Special Magistrate. Special Magistrate hearings are scheduled for the third Wednesday of each month at 1:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, located at 120 Malabar Road, Palm Bay.
