Join Mayor Medina in the 2021 National Mayor's Challenge for Water Conservation
This April, City of Palm Bay Mayor Rob Medina is joining mayors across the country for the 10th Anniversary of the Wyland Foundation’s National Mayor’s Challenge for Water Conservation by asking residents to make a commitment to manage water resources more wisely.

The City of Palm Bay invites citizens to celebrate Earth Month and give back to the community by participating in the 2021 Keep Brevard Beautiful (KBB) Trash Bash community litter cleanup event on April 3rd and 4th in support of The Great American Cleanup.

Palm Bay Names New Deputy City Manager
City Manager Suzanne Sherman has named Joan Junkala-Brown as Palm Bay’s new Deputy City Manager. Prior to her promotion to Deputy City Manager, Junkala-Brown served as the City’s Director of Community and Economic Development and as the Administrator for the Bayfront Community Redevelopment Agency.

Orlando VA to Hold a Mobile Vaccination Clinic in Palm Bay
The Orlando Veterans Affairs (VA) Healthcare System will hold a mobile vaccination outreach event at the Palm Bay VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic, located at 5200 Babcock Street NE, on Saturday, March 27th from 9:00am until 3:00pm.

Sanitary Sewer Smoke Testing Scheduled for Areas of Palm Bay
The Palm Bay Utilities Department will be conducting smoke testing on its wastewater collection system March 21st through April 2nd. This test involves forcing a non-toxic smoke into the sanitary sewer lines to check for leaks, breaks, and defects in the system.

Hook Kids On Fishing teaches casting, fishing safety, knot tying, tackle box, catch and release tactics, boating, fishing habitat & conservation. For kids ages 5 - 15. The first 40 kids registered will receive a free rod/reel and tackle box.
