City of Palm Bay Housing Assistance Waitlist Reopens through September 11
Florida Housing Finance Corporation has previously awarded the City of Palm Bay $470,618 for fiscal year 2017/2018 funds to be utilized to implement the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) strategies within the Local Housing Assistance Plan.

Precautionary Boil Water Notice Issued For: SE Palm Bay, Florida.
EMERGENCY SHUT DOWN on Wednesday, August 11, 2021. Water service to utilities customers were shut down due to a water main break. Service to these customers was shut down at approximately 4:15 p.m. and was restored after all work was complete.

On Friday, August 6th, City staff joined Mike Timmons from Space Coast Marinas, LLC to execute the purchase contract of the three parcels known as Pelican Harbor Marina located on Dixie Highway in the Bayfront area in Palm Bay.

The Wednesday, July 28, 2021, “Precautionary Boil Water Notice” is hereby rescinded following the restoration of service and the satisfactory completion of the bacteriological survey showing that the water is safe to drink.

EMERGENCY SHUT DOWN on Wednesday, 07/28/21. Water service to utilities customers were shut down due to a water main break. Service to these customers was shut down at approximately 11:00 a.m. and was restored after all work was complete. At this time the BWN issued 07/28/21 does remain in effect.
