To report a fraud case please visit the Palm Bay Police Department lobby or follow the steps below.

1. Please print fraud form and fill out completely, gathering all requested materials and information.
2. When done, please call the Police Department’s non-emergency number (321) 952-3456 and follow the prompts for Dispatch.
3. Please advise dispatch that the form is completed and ready for pickup.  Dispatch will assign an officer to respond to your address to collect it and provide you with a case number.
