City of Palm Bay Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Bus Voucher Program provides income eligible Palm Bay residents with free Space Coast Area Transit (SCAT) bus passes. Residents must be within 80% area median income limits to qualify for the program. Each household member is eligible to receive a bus pass if the household is income eligible. The City will be distributing 10 or 30-day physical passes which are activated with first use. Bus passes are not transferable to another rider; if lost, the resident will have to wait 30 days to request a new pass. To apply for the program, please download and complete the application and self-declaration of eligiblity form, and email both documents along with proof of residency for each adult household member to HCDinfo@palmbayflorida.org. Acceptable proof of residency are such as a copy of ID/Driver’s license, voter registration card, FPL/Utility/Internet bill.
