The Position Control reflects approved positions, on a department and division basis, and classification/pay plans for the current fiscal year.  The initial Position Control Plan is adopted during the Budget process and thereafter is amended at maximum on a quarterly basis in the months of January, April, July and September.

The FY 2025 Position Control Plan was adopted via Resolution 2024-34 during the second public hearing, held on October 1, 2024, in the Palm Bay City Council Chambers.  Click on the resolution link below to access the FY 2025 Position Control Plan and Exhibit “A”.

FY 2025 Position Control amendments are scheduled for the following Council meeting dates:
