The Capital Improvements Program (CIP) represents a schedule of major public improvement projects and estimated expenditures for the next five fiscal years.  The initial CIP Plan is adopted during the Budget process and thereafter is amended on a quarterly basis in the months of January, April, July and September.

The FY 2025 CIP Plan was adopted via Resolution 2024-35 during the second public hearing, held on October 1, 2024, in the Palm Bay City Council Chambers.  Click on the resolution link below to access the Fiscal Years 2024-2025 through 2028-2029 CIP Plan and Exhibit “A”.

FY 2025 CIP amendments are scheduled for the following Council meeting dates:

• Amendment #2: Scheduled for April 17, 2025
• Amendment #3: Scheduled for July 17, 2025
• Amendment #4: Scheduled for September 18, 2025
