The FY 2025 Budget was adopted via Ordinance 2024-52 during the second public hearing, held on October 1, 2024, in the Palm Bay City Council Chambers. Approved Budget details can be found under the FY 2025 Approved Budget section of the website.

Budget Amendments occur on a quarterly basis in the months of January, April, July and September.  In the month of November, the Budget Office will complete the final/5^th Budget Amendment for the previous fiscal year.

Budget Amendment Schedule

FY 2025 Budget Amendments are scheduled for the following Council meeting dates for final reading:

• Amendment #1: Scheduled for January 16, 2025
• Amendment #2: Scheduled for April 17, 2025
• Amendment #3: Scheduled for July 17, 2025
• Amendment #4: Scheduled for September 18, 2025
• Amendment #5/Final: Scheduled for November 20, 2025
