Effective March 1, 2022, Orange Data has been contracted to provide liens searches for the City of Palm Bay. Follow the link to access the City of Palm Bay Open lien Search Request Portal on the Orange Data website. You will need to create an account with Orange Data to submit lien requests. City Lien documents are recorded in the “Official Records” of the Brevard County Clerk of Courts. Documents are recorded by property owner name.

On August 4, 2003 and in accordance with City of Palm Bay Ordinance No. 2003-26, Chapter 118, Section 8, Service Charge for Lien search, the City of Palm Bay began charging a fee for researching and providing written confirmation as to whether a property has any liens owed to the City of Palm Bay.
