be conducted on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. The location of the opening and reading will be the

The public record of the preliminary qualification results as read at the public opening can also be requested by calling

Information Desk in Building A to be escorted to this meeting.

Qualifications will be received for the project as set forth in the requirements herein, and the award, if made, will be
made to the highest ranked Firm whose qualifications indicate the award will be in the best interest of the City of Palm
Bay.

What We Do:

The Procurement Department provides procurement services to end-user departments, while ensuring that the City maximizes its return on its purchases and follows procurement rules and regulations established in accordance with local, state and federal requirements.

The Procurement Department's primary responsibility is for the acquisition of goods and services that are essential to citywide operations. Procurement is responsible for the annual purchase expenditures of approximately $56 million dollars in goods, services, annual contracts, construction projects and professional service agreements.
