The City of Palm Bay’s Evaluation Team for the above identified project will meet on Monday, June 17, 2024, in the Dawn Reid Community Room located in the City Hall Annex – 1st Floor at 120 Malabar Rd SE Palm Bay, FL 32907, for the purpose of conducting Evaluation Team discussion of Final Ranking for this project.

Interested parties are welcome to join this public meeting in person. This meeting can also be attended by telephone conference using Microsoft Teams.

If an individual decides to appeal any decision made by the City with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, a record of the proceedings will be required, and the individual will need to ensure that a verbatim transcript of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based (FS 286.0105). Such person must provide a method for recording the proceedings verbatim.

The Procurement Department provides procurement services to end-user departments, while ensuring that the City maximizes its return on its purchases and follows procurement rules and regulations established in accordance with local, state and federal requirements.

The Procurement Department's primary responsibility is for the acquisition of goods and services that are essential to citywide operations. Procurement is responsible for the annual purchase expenditures of approximately $56 million dollars in goods, services, annual contracts, construction projects and professional service agreements.
