Parade starts at 12 noon on the corner of Eldron Blvd & Malabar Rd on Saturday Oct. 22nd, 2022 and ends in front of Palm Bay City Hall leading into "Samuel C. Lopez Way", followed by the festival until 7 PM.
The festival, which takes place after the parade is multicultural in nature with vendors selling ethnic foods and general merchandise items. Local non-profit organizations and local/state and national political candidates will also have booths. It will also include a flag garden exhibit.
Local, state and national political candidates are invited to reserve a spot to set up a campaign booth during the festival portion of this event. We are also seeking sponsors for this event, which will be a tax deductible donation.
If you are interested in reserving a spot to set up a vendor booth, marching and/or having a float in the parade, please contact Margarita Chavez or Samantha Lopez-Bickman at (863) 381-4858 or email us at

Due to our 501©3 non-profit status, political candidates and/or their supporters are not allowed to march and/or to include a float during this parade. Nevertheless, political parties are allowed to march as a group and can apply to have floats in this parade as long as they do not wear clothing in support of and/or not supporting any political candidates and do not have any political paraphernalia supporting or not supporting any political candidates.
