useful information to assist developers, engineers and contractors with the procedures and details needed to complete water, wastewater and reclaimed water infrastructure projects within the City of Palm Bay Utilities Service Area.
PBUD Policies, Procedures & Standards Handbook
The Palm Bay Utilities Department has developed a Policies, Procedures & Standards Handbook for contractors, developers, and engineers who may need specific details and information regarding the standard guidelines for our system. The information in this document along with the City of Palm Bay Land Development Code is intended to provide minimum standards for approving design and construction of water, wastewater and reclaim facilities, transmission, collection and distribution systems.

PBUD Developer's Guide

This document is intended to provide general information to Developers, Owners, Consulting Engineers, and Contractors regarding procedures for approval of water, wastewater, and reclaim infrastructure placed in the City of Palm Bay Utilities Service Area. This guide should be used in conjunction with the Utilities Department Policies, Procedures, and Standards Handbook and the Palm Bay Code of Ordinances.
This guide is not meant to be all inclusive and can be changed without notice. Please be aware that all of our policies, procedures, standards, and fees will be administered according to the most current revisions.
