PalmStat

PalmStat is an accountability management system that we are using to improve performance and service delivery. City management, department heads, and staff work together to review statistical information and develop strategies for improvement in all areas of our service provision to you. In an effort to show how the City is improving we have developed a 2007 Citizen’s Report to provide an overview of the accomplishments and performance of the City and its Departments during the 2007 fiscal year.

We would love for you to take a look at what we are working on currently and give us your thoughts and ideas, and for that reason we have created a website dedicated to PalmStat. As you visit the site, you’ll notice that our service areas are focused in one of three core areas of sustainability: Environment, Equity, and Economy. Click on any of the items listed around this core and you will gain access to a scorecard that will provide more detailed information about our current efforts. For each scorecard, you will notice a feedback tab, where you will be able to send us an email if you have any questions or comments. We are looking forward to your visit and welcome your feedback!
